The company signed a sublease agreement with M&H Sales and Marketing, according to Somesh Nigam, chief executive officer of Vinimaya. Nigam founded the company after heading the manufacturing operations of Regeneron, which is also headquartered in Tarrytown. Nigam says the company has an option for another 1,000 sf of space at the building.

The company's web site (www.vinimaya.com), which offers comparison shopping services and other tools for business-to-business e-commerce, is expected to launch in the next few weeks. The company has a workforce of seven at its Tarrytown offices and 25 engineers at its operations in Bangalore, India.
