Nader, who owns about 18,000 shares worth more than $1 million in total, says Cisco's proposed 688-acre campus in Coyote Valley would increase air pollution and traffic.

Despite the jab, the city of San Jose gave the project a favorable environmental impact report this week. If built, the campus would house 20,000 Cisco employees now working out of an assortment of scattered buildings.
