The Los Gatos, Calif.-based company, which links office-space seeking tenants with landlords online, says it is now capturing a dominant share for all commercial property listings in Austin, Tex., Orange County, Calif., and Las Vegas, Nev.
RealCentric, which launched in mid-June, says it has captured a market share of between 75% and 90% in each market. The service most recently expanded to Denver. Company CEO Jim Stuart says the successful launch of those three markets sets the company up well as it makes its nationwide expansion.
RealCentric also currently provides online listings for the Chicago and Los Angeles markets. Expansion plans include the San Diego, San Jose/Santa Clara, Dallas, Boston, Northern Virginia, Atlanta, and Tampa markets. The company hopes to cover 40 markets in the next year.
