The $80-million tower will join sister towers in the signature class A development near the interchange of I-75 and I-285 in the active northwest quadrant of metro Atllanta.

Also in the complex is a Waverly hotel, the conference center Cobb Galleria Centre and Galleria Specialty Mall. Across the highway, connected by a covered pedestrian bridge, is Cumberland Mall.

Solid occupancy rates in all of the Galleria office towers and a tight market led Childress Klein to begin the sixth building. The developer's newest building, Galleria 400, with about 430,000 sf opened in 1999 and is about 90% leased.

Rental rates for office space in Galleria are $22 per sf to $26 per sf. The master plan calls for a total of seven office buildings.
