Park occupants include City Beverages, KraftMaid Cabinetry, Lockheed Martin, Hertz, Medline Industries, Meyers Bakery, Southeastern Freight Lines, National Detector Dog Training Facility, La Romagnola, Ringhaver Equipment, Averitt Express, Tire Kingdom and Ferguson Enterprises.
