It's the second major Inland Empire purchase that CIP—formerly known as California Industrial Properties—has made in the past several weeks. Last month, the Irvine-based company acquired the 214,354-sf Mountain View Commerce Center.

CIP's latest acquisition is the four-building Schaefer Industrial Park, which stands in the 3800 block of Schaefer Ave and the 13000 block of Roswell Avenue. The purchase brings its portfolio in the Chino area to nearly 375,000 sf.

The local office of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, a private investment group. CIP represented itself.
