The property, which will be used as an Internet data center, islocated at 1920 Maple Ave. Nexus has leased the facility to SantaClara-based Exodus Communications. The company, which is slated to occupythe building in November, will be expanding from within El Segundo.
The South Bay office of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, Redondo Beach-based Douglas Furniture. Nexus was represented by CPM George Reilly.
