The buyer is Tropic Investments LLC, a private group headed by principal Jan Hinton that is based in the suburb of Glendale. The 100,000-sf complex stands at 4331 N. 44th Ave.
The mixed-use facility is leased to Popular Outdoor, a retailer of outdoor sporting goods. Tropic Investments was represented by the Tucson office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.
The seller is Blossoms Blooming LLC, a private Phoenix group headed by Jonathan Tratt. Blossoms Blooming represented itself in the transaction.
