The renovations are being done by Danto Investment Co. of Troy on the 36800Woodward building, at Woodward and Big Beaver avenues.

Additions included new entry and lobby features, African mahogany panelingand slate and granite flooring.Colliers International of Bingham Farms is seeking tenants for the building.
