The first 212,900-sf, two-building phase will be finished next spring. The third 161,530-sf building breaks ground in first quarter 2001. Area rents are $4.65 per sf to $5.50 per sf. Triad purchased the tract from Bailey Group Partners of Mississippi for an undisclosed price.

The park's location has immediate access to interstate and highway arteries; housing; and is minutes from area mall developments. Triad has previously partnered with Trammell Crow Co. on projects in metro Atlanta.
