University of Denver Gleans $23 Mil in Building, Acreage Sale

DENVER-The University of Denver continues to sell off buildings and acreage while awaiting completion of ongoing development projects. The latest sale nets $23 million for 13 acres and the current law school structure.

DENVER-The private University of Denver plans to sell 13 acres of its Park Hill campus for $23 million to Johnson & Wales University, allowing the institution to move its law school to a new complex at the university’s main campus on 125 acres in University Park.

Park Hill is a neighborhood east of the Central Business District. Johnson & Wales University, a culinary arts and hospitality school, is buying the land and buildings of the current College of Law, located on the campus’ west side.
