DENVER-A Dallas investment group is laying out $4.25 million for a 125,000-sf industrial building to open a carrier hotel. The structure was built in 1947 by Ford Motor Co. as a parts distribution warehouse.
Dallas FDS II LP has bought a 53-year-old structure built by Ford Motor Co. as a parts distribution warehouse. The seller is Seminole Land Holdings Corp., based in Denver. The structure will house high-tech equipment needed to route information along fiber optic networks.
