Application Service Provider Creates Think Tank Space Downtown

NEW YORK CITY-As the real estate market scrambles to meet the growing demand for space by the technology industry, Eureka Broadband conceives of another way to answer the call.

NEW YORK CITY-Demand for facilities that can address the needs of the new Plug-N-Go set are driving the development of new facilities throughout the city that feature the latest infrastructures. GlobeSt.com has been following the trend with almost daily reports on the openings of new varieties of space created to house emerging technology companies. Another to follow in the sweeping trend is Think Tank.

Eureka Broadband, a building-centric application service provider and broadband Internet access company, conceived and implemented the idea to lease space in a Downtown office building and then let it themselves to companies looking for high-tech meeting and training session space. The space was completely wired by Eureka. The Think Tank has its own staff, including experts in technology and event planning who will arrange meetings for 10 to 200 people and ensure that all technology needed for presentations or training are up and running.
