British-Based Schroeders Moves Up Third Avenue

NEW YORK CITY-Schroeders Investment Management North America Inc. will relocate from its offices at 787 Third Ave. to 875 Third Ave.

In late 2001 Schroeders will be transplanting their employees from their 30,000 sf at 787 Third Ave. to the 21st and 22nd floors of 875 Third Ave. The new address for the firm is owned by Boston Properties.

Richard I. Selig of Hunter Realty Organization, LLC was the principal who handled the lease for Schroeders, working with new executive manager Charles L. McQuillan, Jr. Boston Properties was represented by Andrew E. Connor.
