Home Depot is renovating a vacant 105,000-sf Sam's Club building near the Lindbergh MARTA station in Buckhead, about six miles from center city. Sam's Club is a Wal-Mart Stores Inc. subsidiary.
Expo Design Centers feature whole kitchen and bath remodeling schemes and more higher-priced products than those stocked in the chain's 1,010 regular improvement centers. Home Depot currently has 20 design centers in Georgia, Florida, California, Texas and Virginia.
