The publicly held company from South Korea imports and markets a diverse set of goods, including beauty products, anti-fog coatings for glass, and herbal remedies for cirrhosis of the liver and Alzheimer's disease, according to the company's Web site. The Tukwila location will be Ventree's American headquarters and distribution hub.
There will be about 3,000 square feet of office and showroom space, with the balance used as warehouse space. Ventree, which has offices in Seoul, Beijing and Europe, expects sales to reach $60 million this year.
