The 55-story tower is undergoing a $28-million renovation that includes façade work as well as new windows and elevator cabs and a new conference center. Chairman Hugh Levey says that the upgrading was one of the reasons it decided to add to its current holdings rather than move to other midtown space.

Kevin J. Driscoll, general manager of the building, represented both owner and tenant.
