SANTA ROSA, CA-Billa Enterprises LLC, based here, wants to build the $35-million Fountaingrove Executive Center off Round Barn Circle. The proposed 262,000-sf office campus went before the city’s design review board recently, and Billa CEO Lukhbir Gill says he will finish the project within nine months of approval.

The four-building, class A office project would include two twin 92,000-sf buildings, a 38,000-sf building, and a 40,000sf building on 16 acres. The proposal includes a 1,048-space parking structure underneath the larger twin buildings. Orion Partners Ltd./Colliers International will be in charge of leasing for the complex.
