Lange Commerce Park Courting Auto Industry Suppliers

LANSING, MI-More than a dozen automotive suppliers are looking at a newly rezoned 93-acres in Delta Township, with Tower Automotive possibly building 450,000-sf plant.

LANSING, MI-A 93-acre industrial park, called Lange Commerce Park, is courting interestfrom more than a dozen automotive suppliers.

The property, recently approved to be rezoned as an ndustrial district bythe Delta Township Board of Trustees, is designed to provide space to companiesserving two new General Motors Corp. plants nearby.There’s a new Cadillac-Catera plant going up in Lansing, and small-carassembly plant in the township, says Dorian Lange, the owner of the newpark.
