Besides a central location, Imperial was attracted to the property because of its quality, according to brokers at the Stubblebine Co. David Stubblebine, who joined James Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette in representing WRT, says it is one of the few opportunities for modern industrial space in the Worcester area. Rick Karzarian and Len Jolles also acted on behalf of the owner. The Stubblebine Co. is now marketing the remaining 73,000 sf in the building.

Formerly occupied by the Frem Corp., 60 Webster Place was purchased by WRT in 1997 for $3.1 million.
