The two firms are known for their work individually and as a team. Recently they have collaborated on the Rose Center for Earth and Space at the American Museum of Natural History in New York and the planned William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, AR.

The Newseum is relocating from neighboring Arlington, VA, because it has outgrown its space. The proposed 476,000-sf complex will contain 100 condominiums, the Forum's headquarters, a conference center and about 300,000 sf for the museum, which is dedicated to the press and First Amendment issues. It is expected to cost about $250 million to build, including the $100 million pledged to buy the site.
