MIE Buys 21 Acres of Land to Build Flex Complex

DORSEY, MD-MIE Properties buys the rest of Troy Hill Commerce Park before building a 152,000-sf flex and office complex.

It will be MIE's first flex/office park in Howard County, and lies in an area that Howard County has been encouraging revitalization. The Baltimore-based developer specializes in flex buildings.

The property is located at Interstate 95 and Route 100, midway between Columbia and Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
