Westchester/Fairfield Vacancy Rates Show Little Change

WHITE PLAINS-FMB Real Estate Services, LLC releases its findings on the vacancies in Westchester and Fairfield.

WHITE PLAINS-The office vacancy rates in Westchester and Fairfield counties for the third quarter of this year showed very little movement one way or the other from three months ago, according to a report released by FMB Real Estate Services, LLC.

According to the brokerage firm that has offices in White Plains and Stamford, the vacancy rate for Westchester County is 13.14%, down 0.73% from the second quarter rate, while Fairfield County’s rate now stands at 7.62%, an increase of just 0.67% from the end of June of this year.
