A Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse and a Fred Meyer store will fill some 300,000 sf in Wood Village Town Center. Up to 17 additional retail spaces will occupy in the remaining 150,000 sf. Koll Development Co., the Newport Beach, CA-based developer, could not immediately be reached for comment on signed tenants for the spaces.
Site plans call for one million sf of parking and construction of Wood Village Boulevard, which will run through the Town Center, connecting Glisan Street with Arata Road east of 223rd Avenue. Portland-based Sienna Architecture is designing the development.
In addition to the Wood Village Town Center, Koll Development projects in Oregon include Nike's world headquarters in Beaverton and several business parks in Beaverton, Tigard and Woodside.
