BellSouth-SBC Joint Venture Leases 300,000 SF for Wireless Venture

ATLANTA-The estimated 20-year lease is at Glenridge Highlands Two, a 20-story, 414,000-sf office tower nearing completion in the city's north end.

ATLANTA-The north Atlanta market nabs another big-space tenant. BellSouth and SBC Communications are setting up their JV wireless company headquarters in 300,000 sf at Glenridge Highlands Two, a 20-story, 414,000-sf office tower nearing completion in the city’s north end.

The JV will move in by mid-November. The building is at Georiga 400 and the Glenridge Connector, about 15 miles from Downtown. BellSouth’s wireless operations, presently in Midtown, employs approximately 2,300 people. They will move to the new site in the north metro area.
