"Our customers are owners and developers, seeking debt and equity capital. As they contact us to buy and sell whole loans, we distribute this information to the more than 90 lenders in our network," Benjamin Mildé, COO of CapitolEngine.com tells GlobeSt.com. "Our goal is to develop a service where an owner/developer can go in and find third party reports, title reports, etc."
"Our debt business, institutional equity, and whole loan businesses are up and running," Mildé adds. "Our goal is to have private equity ready by the first of the fourth quarter of 2001."
"The partnership with AmeriQuotes.com enables additional services to be provided to our users. We offer different services, but there is a synergy to what we are doing," he adds. "People are looking for a single solution for all their needs. We see ourselves as a full-service company. We're pretty unique in the marketplace. We provide technology combined with top-tiered people; it's that marriage that makes us successful."
Martin Gibeau, president of AmeriQuites.com agrees. "In the world of the Internet, as with brick and mortar, it's about making the customers happy. We're addressing all of their needs at once. We'll expose our customers looking for a land survey, environmental services, etc. to a network of service providers across the country," he relates to GlobeSt.com. "When an individual or entities get ready to make a transaction, they send us the terms and our server sends out e-mails to providers, getting at least six quotes for each industry we service."
"Our partnership will expose our combined customer base to a one-of-its-kind transaction center," Gibeau says. "AmeriQuotes itself is a unique enterprise, saving the principal time and money with instant answers and free access to 48 transaction specific quotes from our system of providers, who also gain from higher exposure to a greater customer base."
Customers using AmeriQuotes.com, the Golden, CO-based company, are promised that transactions will be enhancedby one-half to two points each and that they will receive a package of quotes while remaining anonymous. CapitalEngine.com is a New York-based company with headquarters on Third Avenue and offices in Washington, DC and London. Benjamin Mildé is a founder of the company.
The partnership will allow users to get complete a variety of transactions necessary for the launching and completion of a real estate venture. By moving between the two sites and working with the bankers and service providers of each, the planning process of projects will be able to move at the speed of the Internet. While the actual construction or redevelopment of a building may take time, the paperwork will become part of the instant world born out of technology.
