"Our customers are owners and developers, seeking debt and equity capital. As they contact us to buy and sell whole loans, we distribute this information to the more than 90 lenders in our network," Benjamin Mildé, COO of CapitolEngine.com tells GlobeSt.com. "Our goal is to develop a service where an owner/developer can go in and find third party reports, title reports, etc."

"Our debt business, institutional equity, and whole loan businesses are up and running," Mildé adds. "Our goal is to have private equity ready by the first of the fourth quarter of 2001."

"The partnership with AmeriQuotes.com enables additional services to be provided to our users. We offer different services, but there is a synergy to what we are doing," he adds. "People are looking for a single solution for all their needs. We see ourselves as a full-service company. We're pretty unique in the marketplace. We provide technology combined with top-tiered people; it's that marriage that makes us successful."
