E-Finance and E-Service Provider Partner to Create Greater Access for Owners and Developers

NEW YORK CITY-A provider of banking and a provider of due diligence services, both over the Internet, have teamed up to create an on-line referral service.

NEW YORK CITY-Customers of CapitalEngine.com and AmeriQuotes.com, looking for a one-stop-shop for banking and services, will now be able to take advantage of on-line inter-site links. The two dot-coms have established a marketing agreement, working together to share users. This reflects a growing trend in emerging initiatives to meet the growing hi-tech demands of the real estate industry.

“Our customers are owners and developers, seeking debt and equity capital. As they contact us to buy and sell whole loans, we distribute this information to the more than 90 lenders in our network,” Benjamin Mildé, COO of CapitolEngine.com tells GlobeSt.com. “Our goal is to develop a service where an owner/developer can go in and find third party reports, title reports, etc.”

“Our debt business, institutional equity, and whole loan businesses are up and running,” Mildé adds. “Our goal is to have private equity ready by the first of the fourth quarter of 2001.”
