The White Plains-based brokerage firm McCarthy O'Callaghan Co. secured the lease for the firm, which will relocate from offices at the South Street Seaport in New York City to quarters in Westchester County.

The three-story building, owned by Ivy Equities, was built in 1983 and totals 115,046 sf.

No financial details of the transaction were released.
