Grand Business Park is located next to the Douglas Square ShoppingCenter and is one of the few Class A office developments in easternJackson County. The building in which Alamosa and Trinity are movinginto was built on a speculative basis.
Mechanical Breakdown Protection Inc. was the first tenant in the officepark. In the first building where Mechanical is located, about 5,000square feet remain unleased. Plans call for a third building, of 22,000square feet, to be built next summer.
