Lee's Summit Grand Business Park Lands First Two Tenants

KANSAS CITY, MO- First new tenants are moving into the Grand Business Park in Lee's

KANSAS CITY, MO- Alamosa PCS Holdings Inc., which provides wirelesstelecommunications service for Sprint PCS, has leased the top floor of atwo-story, 22,000 square foot building at Grand Business Park in Lee’s Summit and Trinity Financial Group, alife insurance broker based in Independence, Mo., has leased 4,800square feet in the same building.

Grand Business Park is located next to the Douglas Square ShoppingCenter and is one of the few Class A office developments in easternJackson County. The building in which Alamosa and Trinity are movinginto was built on a speculative basis.
