Quadrant Corp. Business Park Booms

BELLEVUE, WA-A booming demand for eastside office space is prompting companies and developers alike to snatch up land in the Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park, an 89-acre development owned by Quadrant Corp.

BELLEVUE, WA-The 89-acre Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park is quickly taking form thanks to a seemingly insatiable appetite for Eastside office space.

Three new office buildings are slated for portions of the Quadrant Corp. development, located near the interchange of state Route 18 and Interstate 90. Quadrant is currently constructing a 50,000-sf building to be called Trailside on the south side of the business park. On the eastern side of the development, 8.5 acres recently purchased by Nexus Properties of San Diego is earmarked for two office buildings totaling 152,000 sf.

The southeast corner of the development has recently been purchased by VTL Link, a medical information company that plans to construct a 25,000 sf building for its own use. Next to that site, Quadrant says an Eastside company is under contract for a 4.2-acre parcel on which it plans to construct a building as large as 30,000 sf.
