The firm, logocenter.com, is leasing the site from Proterra Properties Inc. The space will accommodate executive offices, design, customer service, sales and screenprinting and embroidery divisions.

The company's 15 employees are now housed in 3,000 sf in a building situated in northeast Ft. Worth near the intersection of Interstate 820 and Trinity Boulevard. The company anticipates doubling its workforce after the relocation. A second shift of workers already has been added and a third shift is being contemplated, says Mike Rose, company president and CEO, who started the company in his back yard. He says the new location, within 200 yards of the BallPark at Arlington, was selected because it's readily accessible to air and highway freight systems.

Current logocenter.com clients include American Airlines, Xerox, Lockheed Martin, Texas New Mexico Power Co., Western Professional Hockey Association, Sportsradio 1310-The Ticket, KLIF 570 Radio, 93.3 FM The Merge, 99.5 the Wolf, Rafael Palmeiro and Pudge Rodriguez.
