The office park, which broke ground on its first phase recently, is being built by the Sacramento-based Panattoni Development. Panattoni teamed with Sacramento-based Real Energy to design the on-site power source.
The first phase of the park consists of three 30,000-sf industrial buildings. The first phase is scheduled for completion in mid-2001. Five more buildings totaling 160,000 sf are planned. Colliers International says the buildings are being leased at $120 per sf.
