Moe was most recently regional vice president for Cornerstone Properties, overseeing 7.1 million sf in Southern California. For Divco, he will oversee assets in Silicon Valley as well as in Southern California. Hermann, also previously with Cornerstone, will coordinate Divco's commercial real-estate investment activities.
Divco's portfolio is concentrated in the western United States. The firm estimates it oversees more than nine million sf of office space in Silicon Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles and other markets.
