MISSION WOODS, KS-Company to provide financing for customers utilitizing its Groundwater Services Division.

Layne Financial will provide funding options to cutomers who use Layne'sIntegrated Groundwater Services. The funding arm will provide monies forthe development, expansion or upgrade of water supply and treatmentsystems.

The company's customers are public and private entities, including citiesand counties, utilities and industrial companies. Layne providesproducts and services for the water supply, oil and gas, mineral explorationand geotechnical construction markets.
