The building will be co-owned by Vlahakis Commercial Investment andBrokerage and Aviation Insurance. The two companies will take up about 7,000sf of the 22,000 sf building.
The rest of the space in the three-storybuilding will be offered for lease at about $14.50 per sf, plus utilities."This is going to be a big step for the Downtown area," says Vlahakisco-owner Nick Vlahakis.
