The lead tenant in the property is Dynisco Instruments, which will lease just over 62,000 sf for 10 years. It will serve as the burgeoning company's world headquarters.

Cisco Systems, which has a growing presence in the market, has leased the remaining 17,000 sf in the building. Kevin Malloy of Peter Elliot LLC represented Berwind in the five-year Cisco lease. Based in Philadelphia, Berwind Property Group is a division of the larger Berwind Group, which dabbles in everything from mining to manufacturing.

Berwind Property Group has more than 17 million sf of office, residential, retail and industrial properties throughout the United States, with a concentration in the office sector.
