Alfieri Delivers 95,000-sf Office Facility to Bloomfield

BLOOMFIELD, NJ- The new building, 1455 Broad St., is part of the developer's Central Park Corporate Campus.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ-A new corporate address is being added to the local inventory, thanks to M. Alfieri Co. the developer has unveiled its 95,000-sf 1455 Broad St. at its Central Park Corporate Campus.

The new building is one of four currently at the campus, which president Michael Alfieri wants to market as a “state-of-the-art business center.” The total square footage of the complex is 380,000 sf. Alfieri hopes to attract a mix of small businesses and large corporate tenants to the new asset.
