A workshop held here by government leaders of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties learned about formation of the InternetCoast Advisory Council. It is designed to coordinate the three-county push to stimulate tech job creation.
The workshop marked the realignment of InternetCoast promotional functions previously handled by private-sector volunteers. These will now be largely run by the business development agencies of the three counties.
A website has been established (www.InternetCoast.com) as a central information exchange. Listed are hundreds of tech firms with South Florida offices, as well as the area's latest tech-related news.
