Orderup.com had a growing client roster of 80 restaurants but the bulk of the business was still coming from fax and phone orders, according to Mike Handy, the firm's president.
Intense competition from big industry hitters such as Ez2get.com and Food.com and limited funding avenues are the reasons Handy sold the business.
