According to the agreement, the development near Lick Mill Boulevard and Montague Expressway will include a 240,000-sf Andronico's supermarket, an 18-acre community center, five acres of open space and a mix of multifamily units, townhomes and 3,020 single-family homes.
Shea Homes, Lennar Communities and Centex homes will jointly develop the project.
