The Hayman Co. of Troy was hired to manage and lease the property, says Michael Dudash, leasing representative for Hayman.

Sheffield Office Ltd. plans to spend an unspecified amount on renovations for the 566,000 sf of offices, says Dudash. There are three buildings, one has 150,000 sf, another 168,000 sf and a third has 242,000 sf."It's already a class B+ property, we're just going to fix it up another notch," says Dudash.The renovations will begin in January, and should be completed in 18 months.
