100,000-SF Augusta Pines Clubhouse Construction Under Way

HOUSTON-Augusta Pines, a golf course community, is in the midst of building a 100,000-sf clubhouse as work draws to an end on the course itself. The 18-hole course is being readied for play in late 2000.

HOUSTON-The new Augusta Pines golf course community will be a place for play and work, with office space overlooking greens, fairways and lakes of the course.

Tour 18 Inc., the Houston-based developer of the 1,100-acre Augusta Pines community, is constructing a 100,000-sf clubhouse and banquet facility that will include 30,000 sf of office space. The two-story office space will provide tenants with bird’s eye view of the 18th and 9th greens. In addition to the 18-hole course, the project will have 600 home sites, some of which are more than an acre.
