"The market is healthy, which provides me with the opportunity to step back, make an assessment of what's going on and take a look at what direction in architecture makes sense for me," said Greenwell in a statement.

Disagreements reportedly arose between the two partners about how to run the business. Within the last year, four senior managers have left the firm.
