Cushman & Wakefield's Vanderslice Returning to Dallas

DALLAS-Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has named James S. Vanderslice to the post of vice chairman. He will be a senior brokerage professional in the firm’s Downtown Dallas office.

Vanderslice, a president of the firm’s eastern region, will focus on tenant representation and build-to-suit brokerage. He also has been appointed one of the three members of the compensation committee, which sets programs and policies for the international real estate services firm. Vanderslice has provided strategic counsel for 13 markets and acted in an advisory and consulting capacity for select major market transactions.
