The 164,985-sf building was acquired as part of Equity Office's merger with Boston-based Beacon Properties earlier this year.

This is likely to be the first of several dispositions that Equity Office undertakes in the wake of the merger as the trust seeks to dispose of assets it considers non-strategic, analysts say.
