GARDNER, MA-The purchase was funded via a $2.2 million acquisition loan secured by Nickerson Financial Corp.

The non-recourse, fixed-rate loan is amortized over 30 years. Jonathan Close of the Nordblom Co. brokered the sale of the multi-family properties on behalf of both sides. Mashpee-based Nickerson Financial Corp. provides financing for a range of commercial and multi-family properties.
