The largest transaction was with Hypertech Solutions, which signed a lease for 1,600 sf of space, followed by Home Service Store, a membership organization for home maintenance, repair and improvement needs, which secured a 1,300 sf office in a relocation from space it occupied at 2 Gannett Dr. in White Plains.

Other deals announced by GHP were with: Eastern States Associates, which relocated to the building from Montrose, Kevin Fitzgerald & Associates, a medical insurance consultation firm, Persico Contracting and Trucking, which renewed and expanded its lease and Max Parangi, Architect, which signed a long term renewal for its space.
