The move dovetails with Transwestern's national strategy to launch a full spectrum of corporate advisory services. Neblett, a 20-year veteran of the Houston office market, has completed in excess of 70 tenant transactions totaling nearly one million sf in the past three years. He previously owned and operated his own real estate firm specializing exclusively in tenant representation.
Clients that Neblett has assist include Burlington Resources, Coastal Corp., Stewart & Stevenson, Waste Management, Westinghouse Broadcasting, Service Master and Southwest Bank of Texas.
Transwestern, which has 1,350 team members and operations in 28 cities across the US, specializes in corporate advisory, investment services, development, research, management and leasing services for office, industrial and retail projects.
