On the commercial side, work will begin this month on an office buildingresembling the one now occupied by American Italian Pasta Co. The newbuidling, located at U.S. Highway 69 and Briarcliff Parkway, will be anchored bya bank. The owners of the bank will be disclosed next month, according toKathryn Thompson, president and CEO of Briarcliff. Several otherstenants, who will also be named later, will occupy the building. Shealso indicated that negotiations are still ongoing for the tenant of alarge space in another building in Briarcliff.
Also, Briarcliff executives are working with two industrial tenants formore than 160,000 square feet of flex space at Missouri Highway 9 andBriarcliff Parkway.
